new website ordering information

if you are a preferred member, please set up a new online account and indictate you are a preferred member.  once verified by DRS Designs, each time you log into the website the system will reflect your club discount on all qualified products.

notes: 1. verification process could take up to 24 hours. you will be notified by e-mail when the process is complete.
2. membership in Rubber Mania Monthly does not automatically create an account on our website.  also, if you used our previous website to place your orders, you will need to create a new account with this new system.

There are a four ways you can place your Rubber Mania Monthly order.  Each is outlined below.  Please choose the method most convenient for you.  If you should ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

1.  Order by Internet.  Our website contains a secure shopping cart you may use to place your Rubber Mania Monthly order.  Begin by creating an online account and be sure to indicate that you are a Preferred Member.  It will take up to 24 hours for your online status to be verified and show your Preferred Member prices. However, if you'd like to place an order right away, it's no problem!  Please place your order using our regular prices and once we receive your order here in our office, the appropriate discount will be calculated and your credit card will be charged accordingly.  The next time you order, the club prices should be visible.  If you have any questions regarding our online ordering, please contact our office.

2.  Order by Mail.  Simply fill out the order form enclosed with each issue of Rubber Mania Monthly.  For your convenience, the current price list is located on each order form.  Mail your order to:

3.  Order by Fax.  Our fax is set up to receive your order 24 hours a day.  The number is 203-743-4389.  Simply fill out your regular order form, add your credit card information and fax it to the number above.

4.  Order by Phone.  Call our toll free number, 1-888-792-3740, between the hours of 10am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.  Please be sure to have your selections ready, along with your MasterCard, Visa or Discover number.
