Design Team Requirements -
Team members will receive a selection of unmounted stamps approximately
every 4 to 6 weeks. The number of cards or projects members will be expected to
produce will be related to the number of new designs released that month.
Typically, team members will receive 10 to15 designs and will be expected to
produce 4 or 5 cards/projects, using all designs at least once. Larger/smaller
releases will result in more/less rubber, therefore more/less cards required.
Most finished cards/projects will be e-mailed to DRS Designs for online display and team member will keep original. Member may be required to supply additional copies (usually 3 to 6 copies) of a card/project that member will mail to DRS for distribution to our wholesale accounts or for promotional use by DRS Designs.
Team member will be required to post to their blog/forum/gallery at least weekly and promote DRS Designs rubber stamps whenever possible.
Team members are encouraged to use DRS Designs rubber stamps on all levels of the card/project. For example, use of DRS Designs background stamps instead of preprinted paper or using a DRS Designs image that has been stamped and cut out instead of adding a purchased embellishment.
Commitment to a 6 month contract term.
